The cards are inspired by the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali. Each pack contains 30 cards for 30 days and can be repeated every month.

At the front of the card, you will find an overarching theme for the day. We recommend reading this before beginning your daily routine.

The back of the card is divided into 2 parts – Surya and Soma.

Surya: consists of actions that you can incorporate throughout your day. Begin this after reading the front card.

Soma: consists of reflections for the end of your day to help you make a  note of your learnings of the day.
